Approach

Every application starts with the funder's thesis, not ours.

Funders say what they want to back, in their own strategy papers, past awards and scoring criteria. The work is reading that closely, then showing where your evidence already answers it: the numbers, the model and the path to scale.

01

Proposals and applications

Concept notes, letters of inquiry, nominations, prize entries and full proposals for institutional and philanthropic funders.

02

Fundraising systems

Proposal calendars, submission pipelines, donor records and a reusable library of core materials, built so a small team can keep applying without starting from zero.

03

Funder research

Landscape research and prospect lists matched to your work, with notes on fit, timing and what each funder tends to back.

04

Data and impact reporting

Turning field data into funder-ready evidence and reports, using R, Python, SQL, Tableau and Power BI.

How we'd work together

  1. 01

    Intro call

Thirty minutes on the opportunity, the deadline and what you already have.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

A short written scope with deliverables, timeline and a fixed quote.

  3. 03

    Draft and refine

Research, outline, drafts and review rounds with your team until it is ready to submit.
